Residential Treatment

Residential Treatment:

Rogers is a comprehensive psychiatric hospital, nationally recognized for specialty residential treatment programs for eating disorders, addiction, obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders for children, teens and adults.

We understand that you may have a lot of questions and may not be sure what to do or where to start. This section of our website has information about the admissions process.

Admission Begins with a Free Screening

Admission to any of our programs begins with a free telephone screening. The screening may take between 30 and 60 minutes to complete. An intake specialist will ask you (and your parent if you are a minor) a series of questions so we can get an accurate picture of your needs and how treatment at Rogers can help. There are two ways to complete a screening:

  1. Call 800-767-4411 and ask for the admissions department. If an intake specialist isn't available when you call, please leave a detailed message, including your telephone number with area code, so we can get back to you.
  3. Complete a screening request form online. Once this form is submitted, an intake specialist will call you back as soon as possible.

After the Screening: Next Steps

Once the screening is completed, the intake specialist will review the information obtained with one of our medical staff who will recommend the best level of care based on the information we received. After this clinical review, an intake specialist will contact you and share this recommendation.

With your permission, our admissions department will contact your insurance carrier to obtain a quote of benefits; however, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier to verify insurance coverage to help you make an educated decision about treatment. If residential treatment is recommended, an intake specialist will explain options for financing residential care.

When you decide to come to Rogers for treatment, an intake specialist will schedule your admission and cover essential information including what to expect and where to stay if a family member or friend is accompanying you.

If Rogers does not have a program to meet your needs, we will do our best to refer you somewhere that can help. We understand the importance of seeking treatment and want to ensure you get the most appropriate treatment for your particular needs.
